Update Three weeks post op foot surgery

I had my three week check up last Friday and it went good my foot is still very sensitive and swollen I have three more weeks in the third cast I was told by Dr Freed to start moving my Big toe  more pushing down on my toe so that it does not stay this stiff  and so moving it is very important since tendons were moved.

I'm so glad that I only have three weeks left in this cast I want to do so much here at home and it's almost impossible when your on one leg.

My new Vehicle Nova Knee Walker.. The best and it's brand new I hated the rental one I had it was dirty now I have my own.
